Refuge Youth...

exists to provide encouragement and refuge for the youth of our church and community and & to connect youth to a life-changing experience with God. This ministry is designed for 6th – 12th grade students.

Weekly Refuge Service...

Wednesday Youth Service... is a large group setting with worship youth-style, fun crowd connecting games and a youth centered message from the Word of God. The goal each week is to create an environment that will open doors for further connection into the lives of the youth through one-on-one time. This mid-week service will be a highlight and will inspire students to live out their faith the rest of the week.
Wednesday 6:30pm-8:30pm
in the Multi-Purpose Room

Sunday Night Bible Study... is a night of digging deeper into the Word of God on subjects that students encounter daily. It is a time of connection, encouragement, equipping and empowering students to develop their own personal relationship with Jesus Christ. There is always a fun element and snacks to close the night out together.
Sunday 6pm to 7:30pm in the Annex

School Lunch... Students can also Meet-Up with Pastor Jared during their school lunch breaks at the Jr. & Sr. High Schools. Contact Pastor Jared for dates.

Yearly Events...

Oregon Youth Convention...Assembly of God youth groups from across the state come together for a 3 day, 2 night weekend convention which allows them to grow closer as a group and closer to God.  This weekend includes inspiring speakers, amazing worship and great activities.  This is an amazing way to start the school year.

Winter & Summer Camps...Winter camp is every January for a 3 day, 2 night weekend retreat.  Summer camp is a 5 day camp during the month of July.  Both camps are awesome experiences.

Amplify Conference: This is an opportunity for students to DISCOVER their God-given creative gifts.  There are six divisions to participate in; Art, Communication, Drama, Instrumental, Vocal and Writing. Several scholarships are awarded annually to an Assembly of God college.

Missions Trips: Every year there is an opportunity for students 15 and over to experience a missions trip. These trips bring students to a deeper knowledge of the needs in our country and the world and gives them opportunities to share Jesus with others.  These trips are typically in the spring and summer.
