Early Childhood

Birth through 5 years
Early Childhood provides a place for hands-on loving care to infants and toddlers ages birth through 5 years.
This allows parents, grandparents, or guardians to attend church services with the knowledge that their children are safe and secure in the
 capable hands of the nursery team. Both are located on the main floor near the sanctuary and are clean and
welcoming enviroments set up just for little ones.
Check-in begins 15 min before service starts. 

Baby's Place

Infants from birth through 1 are cared for in Baby’s Place where they will enjoy all the attention and interaction of the nursery team. Baby essentials including swings, bouncers, toys, activity mats, and cribs. A private nursing room with live-stream of the service is available to make service time easier on both you and your baby. The nursery team does not do any diapering and will call you if needed. Feeding is done according to parent/guardian instructions.

Baby's Place is located on the right side of the nursery, on the same floor as the main sanctuary.  One of the volunteers will
help you check your child in at the counter

Toddler's Place

1  to 3 years Old
Toddlers will discover Jesus through a new Bible story focus each month. They will experience story time, a memory verse and focus point, exciting music, fun hands-on arts and crafts, and engaging activities. A snack of applesauce pouches is provided to those of appropriate age and without allergies.

Check-in Location

Toddler's Place is located on the Left side of the nursery, on the same floor as the main sanctuary.  One of the volunteers will help you check your
child in at the counter

Preschool Place

Potty trained 3 year old  through 5 year olds
Preschoolers will grow strong in Jesus through Bible lessons, story time activities, worship music, creative arts and crafts, and engaging large and small group activities. A snack is provided.

Rainbows Wed. Service

Boys and girls ages 3 to 5 years old. Rainbows earn badges that teach them how to live for Jesus. They learn memory verses and earn badges.

The preschool is located on the east side of the building, entering through the first glass doors inside the
fenced play yard.

Volunteers 

Volunteers who love God and love children are welcome for Sunday mornings, Sunday evenings, Celebration Place, and Wednesday evening! If you are an adult or teen in high school and are willing to teach and play with toddlers, hold infants, or help with check-in before and check-out after service please speak to the Early Childhood Director. All volunteers will need a background check and Pastor approval before serving.

Check-in System

For additional confidence in the safety of your children, the nursery uses the Planning Center’s check-in system.
  • Families can quickly check themselves into services using a phone number or scanning a barcode on the Planning Center Church Center app. Manned stations are also available to help those that need it.
  • A name tag and security label are printed and used to match for safe pick-up. You can not check out a child from the nursery without the security label.
  • Special instructions are included on name tags such as food allergies, feeding instructions, etc.
  • Call numbers are printed on both tags and will be displayed on screen in the sanctuary to call the parent/guardian if needed for diaper changes or other needs.
  • Trusted people you select are displayed upon check out to alert leaders of who is and who is not allowed to pick up your child so only authorized adults can check out your child.
